DevOps Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end cloud and hybrid solutions with high availability, disaster recovery, and fault tolerance
• Define reference architectures, landing zones, and multi-cloud strategies
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, and Puppet
• Lead the design of CI/CD pipelines and drive automation for provisioning, monitoring, and deployments
• Enable containerized and orchestration platforms using Docker and Kubernetes
• Implement cloud security best practices including IAM, network segmentation, and secrets management
• Design observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Graylog, and ELK
• Drive architectural decisions and guide teams on cloud-native patterns
• Support SRE practices, incident response, and operational runbooks

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, DevOps, or platform engineering
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Alibaba Cloud in production environments
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS)
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, and identity management
• Proven expertise in Linux server administration and scripting (Python, Bash)
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, and Graylog
• English level Upper-Intermediate or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Solutions Architect Professional or similar cloud certifications
• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud strategies
• Familiarity with service mesh, event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and serverless platforms
• Experience in fintech or regulated environments (PCI DSS, SOC2)
• GitOps experience (ArgoCD, FluxCD)
• Technical leadership or mentoring experience
