DevOps Team Lead, Core Foundation

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a globally distributed DevOps engineering team across APAC, EMEA, and AMER time zones
• Own execution and delivery of critical yearly infrastructure roadmap items, including large-scale foundational upgrades and platform resilience initiatives
• Drive change management processes across engineering and product domains, orchestrating smooth delivery of major systemic changes
• Design and refine support workflows, agile planning methodologies, and deployment strategies for operational excellence
• Manage and optimize global on-call rotations while leading incident response and blameless post-mortems

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, DevOps Lead, or SRE Lead managing globally distributed teams
• Deep expertise in engineering support frameworks, roadmap planning, and team prioritization methodologies
• Demonstrated ownership of Change Management lifecycles with ability to break down organizational silos
• Extensive experience managing Incident Management lifecycles and sustainable global on-call rotations
• Strong communication and organizational skills for coordinating complex multi-stage tech rollouts
• Solid technical background in Kubernetes (GKE), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), PostgreSQL, and Observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos)
