Digital Assets Strategist

Responsibilities

• Author three actionable research reports per week covering crypto markets, blending technical and macro perspectives.
• Create market roadmaps and educational resources to help investors understand digital asset cycles, sector rotation, and on-chain/liquidity trends.
• Develop and deliver trade recommendations across major digital assets. Monitor, manage, and provide transparency and discipline in active positions with strict risk management.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Research on strategic and tactical trade execution.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience trading digital assets across both bull and bear markets; real-world experience with risk, entries/exits, and volatility.
• Solid understanding of macroeconomic drivers such as liquidity, interest rates, inflation, and central bank policy—and their impact on digital assets.
• Proficiency in technical analysis: interpret price action, key indicators (moving averages, RSI, volume, market structure).
• Strong written communication skills; able to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable investment insights.
