Digital Events Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven digital event programming and narratives based on market trends
• Manage end-to-end digital production including platform operations and speaker coaching
• Design interactive audience engagement elements for virtual summits and webinars
• Lead omnichannel promotional strategies across email, social, and paid channels
• Utilize generative AI to scale post-event content repurposing and workflows
• Track and measure event ROI and pipeline attribution using GA4 and HubSpot

Requirements

• 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience focused on digital events or virtual production
• Experience in SaaS or Real Estate technology preferred
• Technical mastery of webinar platforms and marketing automation tools like HubSpot
• Proficiency using generative AI tools for content and asset scaling
• Strong project management skills for high-velocity event calendars
• Data-fluent mindset for analyzing attendee behavior and performance metrics
