Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end web marketing strategy and the Webflow platform
• Manage technical SEO, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals
• Optimize for AI-search visibility (AEO/GEO) across LLM-based assistants
• Maintain design standards and UX quality in partnership with brand resources
• Collaborate with developers on custom Webflow builds and technical implementations
• Track performance metrics including organic traffic, conversion, and pipeline impact
• Manage domains, redirects, and technical governance for migrations

Requirements

• 5+ years in digital marketing or web strategy (B2B SaaS preferred)
• Hands-on Webflow expertise including CMS and interactions
• Strong technical SEO fluency
• Knowledge of AI-search optimization (GEO/AEO)
• Basic front-end development capabilities (HTML/CSS/JS)
• Ability to integrate marketing tools like CRM and automation platforms
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Search Console

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs or Semrush
• Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Vue
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce
• Experience with A/B testing tools
• Basic design skills in Figma or Adobe XD
• Experience with email template coding
