Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own website performance including conversion rates, user flows, and page-level performance
  • Manage the CRO program by designing experiments and building a test backlog
  • Maintain technical SEO/AEO foundation including schema, redirects, and site architecture
  • Manage the external paid media agency relationship, including briefing and performance reviews
  • Oversee landing page infrastructure across HubSpot and WordPress
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on website, paid media, and SEO/AEO performance

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in digital marketing within B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on experience with website performance and CRO
  • Experience managing or partnering with external paid media agencies
  • Proficiency with paid media performance data and channel reporting
  • Familiarity with technical SEO and emerging AEO/AI-driven discovery
  • Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills
  • Openness to and experience using AI tools in daily workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with A/B testing tools like Hotjar or Optimizely
  • Familiarity with Salesforce basics
  • Experience with Snowflake-style data layers
  • Proficiency with automation tools like Zapier or Clay
