Digital Marketing & Patient Engagement Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram and social media posting and maintain a recurring content calendar
• Repurpose existing photos and videos into social content using Canva and CapCut
• Create and schedule email and SMS marketing campaigns and manage patient nurture journeys in GleanTap
• Coordinate marketing activity with Mindbody and monitor nurture workflows
• Attend weekly team meetings and coordinate with the internal team via Microsoft Teams
• Utilize AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and content production

Requirements

• Previous digital marketing and social media management experience
• Proficiency in Canva and short-form video editing
• Experience with email and SMS marketing
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing execution
• Excellent written communication skills
• Willingness to obtain HIPAA certification if required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or medical industries
• Proficiency with Mindbody or Klaviyo
• Basic SEO and website maintenance experience
