Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own digital campaigns end-to-end, from initial strategy and setup through to launch, management, and ongoing optimization.
  • Build full-funnel campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, and retargeting to drive acquisition and revenue.
  • Manage and optimize ad accounts across Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Execute continuous A/B testing on creative, copy, audiences, and bids to sharpen performance.
  • Write high-performing ad copy, landing page content, and email sequences tailored to specific audiences.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using SEMrush to refine campaign intent.
  • Manage CRM workflows, including segmentation, lead scoring, and email automation sequences.
  • Use Apollo for prospecting, list building, and outbound lead generation.
  • Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and use GA4 or similar tools to turn data into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a heavy focus on performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of building and optimizing successful multi-channel campaigns.
  • Essential hands-on experience with Apollo for prospecting and data enrichment.
  • Essential hands-on experience with SEMrush for keyword research and SEO analysis.
  • Proficiency in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads from scratch.
  • Strong copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, and email marketing.
  • Experience managing CRM systems and automated lead nurture workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) or similar platforms.
  • Deep understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and tag management (GTM).
