Digital Media Producer - Sports

Responsibilities

• Write, develop, edit, and publish journalistic sports content across websites, VOD platforms, and social media.
• Generate and research story ideas, including breaking news, background analysis, and features.
• Produce multi-media content including articles, infographics, and video scripts.
• Source and edit pictures and videos in collaboration with editorial and creative teams.
• Cover live events in various formats across multiple digital platforms.
• Write engaging headlines and captions optimized for digital engagement.
• Stay attuned to emerging trends, viral stories, and current events to identify compelling topics.
• Package stories in various formats to suit different platform requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in journalism, media, or a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital media production.
• Excellent Arabic writing skills with creativity and flair.
• Demonstrable editorial judgment and experience in scriptwriting for visual stories.
• Proven experience in SEO optimization for digital content.
• Knowledge of online production and Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Strong interest in Arab and international affairs.
