Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Sr. Digital Media Manager to plan, buy, execute, and report on digital media campaigns for Tools & Outdoor brands
  • Analyze campaign results and recommend optimizations to improve investment efficiency
  • Maintain brand experience across multiple merchandising platforms and digital initiatives
  • Execute content and SEO initiatives to deliver optimal end-user experiences and organic search results
  • Partner with sales, channel marketing, finance, and brand teams to develop programs aligned with sales goals
  • Lead relationships with sales teams and media agencies, including negotiating packages and managing annual budgets

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in pay-per-click (PPC) management for SEM campaigns
  • Expertise in programmatic display and specific retail media platforms (e.g., Criteo, Promote IQ, Amazon)
  • Proven success in building digital media programs that drive point of sale
  • Experience managing budgets and analyzing financial metrics (sales, gross margin, ROI) across multiple campaigns
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed organization
