Responsibilities

• Research businesses across various industries to evaluate their digital presence and online branding
• Compare companies against competitors to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement
• Review websites, search engine visibility, and social media activity
• Build lists of qualified businesses and maintain lead databases
• Research company decision-makers and contact information
• Develop standardized evaluation scorecards for reviewing digital presence
• Organize research findings into clear, actionable recommendations

Requirements

• Previous market research or lead generation experience
• Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, websites, and social media best practices
• Strong online research skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel/Sheets)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience with CRM or lead management systems preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience evaluating business websites and online presence
• Knowledge of SEO research tools
• Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools
• Experience using LinkedIn for professional research
