Digital Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Bring client visions to life through research, benchmarking, sketching, prototyping, and user testing.
• Participate in design thinking and co-creation workshops to align teams and define product goals.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across UX, strategy, and development.
• Use AI-assisted tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, testing, and iteration.
• Understand business requirements and technical constraints to guide design decisions.
• Make strategic UX and UI decisions for both new and existing features.
• Identify pain points and craft thoughtful, user-friendly solutions.
• Translate ideas and user stories into flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Create visually compelling interfaces that elevate the overall user experience.
• Build and evolve design systems that scale consistently across digital products.

Requirements

• 4+ years as Product Designer or UX/UI Designer in a digital agency
• End-to-end UX and UI design process expertise
• Experience with AI and design automation tools
• Confident designing mobile-first and responsive experiences
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
• Proficient in Figma and other collaboration tools
• Strong visual and verbal communication (Arabic is a plus)
• Impressive portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes
• Maintain calm under pressure; open to constructive feedback
