Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients and participate on cross-functional teams to translate market opportunities and business ambitions into differentiative digital initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance to align business, design, and technology for the development of digital strategies, product roadmaps, KPIs, and goals.
  • Drive user-centric approaches and strategic insights to solve business problems and address unmet customer needs in digital ecosystems.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and optimize omnichannel experiences throughout the customer, user, or citizen journey.
  • Stay updated on new technologies, innovative products, experiences, market trends, and best practices, combining them with human-centered insights.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for digital products using data-driven decisions and customer insights.
  • Brief design teams to deliver creative outputs that align with strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in product and digital strategy
  • Track record across various sectors and technologies, including public sector projects
  • Hands-on experience with early product life cycle stages: strategy, concept creation, design, and development
  • Knowledge of service design and strategic design projects
  • Proficiency in user research methodologies integrated into the design process
  • Strong facilitation skills (in-person and remote/hybrid workshops)
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); knowledge of Arabic or Turkish is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading cross-functional digital teams
  • Familiarity with innovation, transformation, or change management projects
  • Background in consulting or digital agencies
  • Experience working with international or MENA-based clients
