Digital Solutions Enterprise Architect and Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Define technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for large-scale projects
• Lead design and architecture of scalable, secure, and resilient solutions using Cloud, Microservices, and AI
• Establish architecture governance, design patterns, and development standards
• Manage large technical teams, providing mentorship and technical direction
• Oversee technical implementation and manage technical debt
• Champion CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Infrastructure-as-Code
• Translate business objectives into executable technical specifications
• Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture
• Fluency in Arabic and English (C1/C2 levels)
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman
• Proven track record of leading large technical projects
• Expertise in networking and systems related to software deployment
• Familiarity with Agile or SAFe delivery models
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional cloud certifications
• Experience with government or enterprise systems integration projects
