Digital Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Capture accurate spatial data of properties using Leica laser scanning equipment, including BLK2GO, BLK360, and RTC.
• Work independently on-site to carry out detailed surveys, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and efficiency.
• Process raw survey data into usable digital formats using industry-standard software.
• Produce clear and precise 2D measured survey floorplans using proprietary software and Adobe Suite.
• Support site surveys using GPS, Total Station, and Laser Disto devices.
• Manage data processing and deliverable production in the office during non-site days.
• Maintain survey equipment and ensure all tools are used and stored safely.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project teams, representing the company brand professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in land or building surveying, specifically with as-built measured surveys.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Hands-on experience with Leica laser scanners (BLK2GO, BLK360, and RTC).
• Experience processing survey data using Cyclone.
• Ability to produce 2D measured floorplans aligned with RICS code of measurement practice.
• Valid driving licence.
• Willingness and availability to travel for extended periods based on project requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and data accuracy.
