Digital Systems & Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Own the OPEX Asana workspace including project structure, portfolio views, and automations
• Maintain the strategic project portfolio with up-to-date milestones and RAG status updates
• Build and maintain portfolio dashboards and reporting views for leadership
• Manage the OPEX team's Google Drive architecture, including folder structure and access permissions
• Build and maintain the institutional wiki in Google Sites or Asana
• Configure and optimize AI notetaking tools and review meeting outputs for accuracy
• Audit and optimize Slack setup, including channels and integrations with Asana and Google Calendar

Requirements

• Currently completing or recently completed a degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Project Management
• Demonstrable hands-on proficiency with at least three of: Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, or AI notetaking tools
• Experience building or managing complex shared drives or project management workspaces
• Strong systems thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work proactively and self-direct in an ambiguous environment
