Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Produce, analyze, and report on KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Monitor brand performance against targets and budgets
  • Support the creation and distribution of standard and ad-hoc analysis
  • Identify macro trends impacting business performance
  • Support the Digital Trading Manager in defining growth strategies
  • Provide data insights and sizing for new initiatives and business cases
  • Assist in preparing materials and presentations around business performance
  • Help identify revenue-generating opportunities through performance insights
  • Partner with Digital Trading and Merchandising teams to improve assortment performance through data-driven decisions
  • Support weekly trade meetings by preparing insights and performance updates
  • Help plan tactical actions for upcoming weeks
  • Work with stakeholders to automate reports and performance alerts
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Technology, Product, Business Operations, Growth, Finance, and Marketing teams
  • Support UX improvements by identifying areas of opportunity across the website
  • Conduct competitor analysis and share insights with the wider online team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
  • 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail is a strong advantage
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data tools
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into clear business insights
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
  • Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
