Responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize incoming requests based on business impact and technical feasibility
• Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team responsible for support and system enhancements
• Establish and refine processes for managing digital defects, incidents, and enhancement requests
• Serve as the bridge between technology teams and business stakeholders
• Drive the team's use of agentic AI tools to boost efficiency and skill development
• Communicate realistic timelines, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
• 6+ years of experience in IT leadership, managing digital operations and technical support
• Hands-on proficiency with agentic AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex
• Fluency in prompt and context engineering
• Experience with modern ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading IT support and continuous improvement teams in a large enterprise
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and Agile methodologies
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
