Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Account Managers on complex negotiations and multi-product expansion plays
- Conduct regular 1:1s and pipeline reviews to ensure quota attainment
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new Account Managers
- Architect expansion playbooks for introducing new products to existing clients
- Act as executive sponsor for C-Suite stakeholders at large multi-family accounts
- Maintain accurate team forecasting in Salesforce
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer to Product and Marketing teams
- Lead team presence at national industry conferences and conduct high-value on-site business reviews
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS Account Management or Sales
- 3+ years in a leadership or team-lead capacity
- Deep experience in Multifamily SaaS
- Proven track record of hitting team-wide quotas and expansion targets
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling competitive or market intelligence products
- Fluency with modern AI tooling like Claude or ChatGPT
