Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Account Managers on complex negotiations and multi-product expansion plays
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and pipeline reviews to ensure quota attainment
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new Account Managers
  • Architect expansion playbooks for introducing new products to existing clients
  • Act as executive sponsor for C-Suite stakeholders at large multi-family accounts
  • Maintain accurate team forecasting in Salesforce
  • Serve as the Voice of the Customer to Product and Marketing teams
  • Lead team presence at national industry conferences and conduct high-value on-site business reviews

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS Account Management or Sales
  • 3+ years in a leadership or team-lead capacity
  • Deep experience in Multifamily SaaS
  • Proven track record of hitting team-wide quotas and expansion targets
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling competitive or market intelligence products
  • Fluency with modern AI tooling like Claude or ChatGPT
