Director Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily workflow of the department and monitor progress to identify trending issues
• Supervise AR teams and monitor worked accounts for quality assurance
• Drive performance against KPIs such as Net AR Days and aging reduction
• Manage client and payer escalations and analyze root causes of delays
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Lead huddles to cover new or evolving training focuses

Requirements

• Experience in AR pediatric processes
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
• Operational expertise in AR processes
• Ability to manage programs and projects from inception to completion
• Experience in coaching and building talent
