Director/Associate Director, Institutional Sales - Digital Assets (Middle East, Remote)

Responsibilities

• Deliver OTC spot, derivatives, lending and borrowing services to institutional clients
• Acquire and manage institutional relationships (hedge funds, VCs, brokers, on/off ramps, retail platforms, token issuers, miners)
• Build and grow a dynamic client pipeline; drive business development processes
• Coordinate with Marketing on institutional strategy and community initiatives (events, conferences)
• Ensure proper reporting internally and to clients
• Collaborate with Head of Institutional Sales and Head of Corporate Sales to expand client-facing products and services
• Work cross-functionally to incorporate market feedback into offerings

Requirements

• Finance degree
• Crypto knowledge

• 5+ years exp
• Organizational design
• Marketing experience
• Derivatives knowledge
