Job description
Responsibilities
- Drive new revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and securing net-new mid-market Consumer and Retail brand engagements
- Lead outbound prospecting and thought leadership through network, industry events, and LinkedIn
- Build and maintain a robust Salesforce pipeline from outreach to closed business
- Apply consultative selling to position Full Funnel, Commerce Media, and Creative services
- Articulate Goodway’s unique differentiators in Commerce Media, Retail Media Networks, and Outcome Engineering
- Quarterback pitches alongside Pitchlab and line-of-business stakeholders to meet pitch SLAs
- Collaborate with SVP, BDs, and Brand VPs to ensure smooth handoff to client success
- Represent Goodway at key industry panels, conferences, and networking events
- Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations for long-term deal success
Requirements
- Proven sales leadership with a history of driving revenue through new business development
- Integrated media expertise spanning brand, demand, national, and retail media
- Deep understanding of Consumer Brands, Retail Media, RMNs, and full-funnel marketing
- Strategic hunting mindset with demonstrated outbound sales and enterprise deal-closing success
- Established network of decision-makers in Consumer Brands and Retail
- Ability to navigate complex, competitive sales cycles against agencies
- Strong storytelling, negotiation, and executive presence
