Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive new revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and securing net-new mid-market Consumer and Retail brand engagements
  • Lead outbound prospecting and thought leadership through network, industry events, and LinkedIn
  • Build and maintain a robust Salesforce pipeline from outreach to closed business
  • Apply consultative selling to position Full Funnel, Commerce Media, and Creative services
  • Articulate Goodway’s unique differentiators in Commerce Media, Retail Media Networks, and Outcome Engineering
  • Quarterback pitches alongside Pitchlab and line-of-business stakeholders to meet pitch SLAs
  • Collaborate with SVP, BDs, and Brand VPs to ensure smooth handoff to client success
  • Represent Goodway at key industry panels, conferences, and networking events
  • Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations for long-term deal success

Requirements

  • Proven sales leadership with a history of driving revenue through new business development
  • Integrated media expertise spanning brand, demand, national, and retail media
  • Deep understanding of Consumer Brands, Retail Media, RMNs, and full-funnel marketing
  • Strategic hunting mindset with demonstrated outbound sales and enterprise deal-closing success
  • Established network of decision-makers in Consumer Brands and Retail
  • Ability to navigate complex, competitive sales cycles against agencies
  • Strong storytelling, negotiation, and executive presence
