Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own existing category performance end-to-end, from overall category growth to product-level optimization
  • Scale existing products through pricing, bundling, promotion, and positioning
  • Lead pricing and promotion strategy with a test-and-learn mindset
  • Drive merchandising across site, lifecycle, async Rx, and Shopify
  • Partner on new product GTM to ensure strong commercial performance post-launch
  • Execute growth opportunities across the full funnel from ads to site to emails
  • Optimize pricing for conversion, margin, and LTV

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in Category Management, CPG, Ecommerce, or DTC growth
  • Proven track record owning pricing, promotions, and revenue growth
  • Strong instincts for portfolio optimization
  • Ability to manage both high-level category strategy and executional detail
  • Analytical, scrappy, and highly accountable mindset
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
