Responsibilities

• Lead the successful onboarding and renewal of clients through high-quality implementation planning and execution
• Serve as a key escalation point for managing highly visible internal and external issues
• Mentor, coach, and develop the implementation team to build a high-functioning unit
• Collaborate cross-functionally with peer leadership and support teams to deliver best-in-class implementations
• Develop and implement strategies to meet implementation performance guarantees
• Support sales initiatives including RFIs, RFPs, and finalist meetings
• Provide strategic updates and supporting materials for executive leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare and/or PBM implementations
• Proven experience building and managing high-functioning teams
• Experience leading remote teams in a remote environment
• Ability to travel 20%-40%
• Strong critical thinking and problem analysis skills
• Experience in client-facing roles managing complex escalations

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree
• PMP certification
