Responsibilities
- Own the creator PLG strategy end to end, defining the self-serve acquisition model and funnel architecture
- Set annual and quarterly GTM plans, including experimentation roadmaps and success metrics
- Map the full creator funnel to identify and resolve high-leverage drop-off points
- Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) across landing pages, signup flows, and onboarding
- Build and run a structured experimentation program using A/B and multivariate testing
- Partner with Product and Engineering to identify and implement in-product growth levers
- Manage and develop a high-performing creator PLG team spanning growth marketing and lifecycle
- Define the PLG measurement framework, including activation and retention metrics
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or PLG roles
- Hands-on experience running structured experimentation programs (A/B testing, CRO)
- Background in PLG-oriented companies, developer tools, consumer apps, or the creator economy
- Strong data orientation with ability to use analytics tools and behavioral data
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to influence product growth
- Proven ability to manage paid acquisition channels with a PLG lens
- Experience managing and growing professional teams
- Strong English communication skills for presenting to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing or creator monetization models
- Experience with creator or developer community growth and self-serve adoption
