Director, Customer Success (Medmo)

Responsibilities

• Accelerate the evolution of Medmo's Customer Success function, including defining playbooks and reporting cadences
• Drive account retention and expansion through executive management of stakeholders and ROI data
• Provide relationship management across the customer base, including key personnel
• Act as a strategic sponsor and primary proxy for clients during onboarding and operations
• Lead recurring reporting and business reviews, including QBRs and annual strategic meetings
• Manage structured account handoff from Business Development at close

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations within primary care, value-based care, digital health, or health plan space
• Proven track record of managing executive stakeholders with strong executive presence
• Deep understanding of physician organization operations and success metrics
• Domain expertise in Medicare Advantage, primary care, or value-based care programs preferred
