Director, Cybersecurity Operations and Platform Delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cybersecurity Operations & Platform Delivery organization
• Guide incident response strategy and security operations
• Advise business leaders and clients on cybersecurity risk and strategy
• Evaluate emerging technologies and influence platform investments
• Partner with sales and account management on strategic opportunities
• Evolve the DYOGUARD service portfolio and future cybersecurity offerings
• Drive accountability and build roadmaps for security initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in an MSP, MSSP, consulting, or services-based environment
• Proven experience leading teams, programs, technologies, or transformations
• Strong understanding of incident response and security operations
• Ability to communicate complex security topics to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience balancing risk, revenue, and operational realities
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive strategic roadmaps
