About the Company

Replicant builds an AI-powered platform that helps contact centers resolve requests, identify issues, and improve agent performance using conversation intelligence and AI agents. We are leading the shift from legacy systems to AI-first service, powered by large language models (LLMs) designed for enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing-sourced opportunity and pipeline targets across the business
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive measurable pipeline growth and improve conversion rates
  • Partner with Business Development leadership to drive coordinated account penetration
  • Lead account-based marketing (ABM) strategy across target accounts and industries
  • Own event and field marketing strategy, including industry conferences and executive programs
  • Lead and develop a team of three individual contributors (Demand Gen, ABM, and Field Marketing)
  • Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, and Content teams to execute integrated campaigns
  • Build a data-driven demand generation engine with clear visibility into performance

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Revenue Marketing, Field Marketing, or ABM
  • Proven experience owning pipeline or opportunity generation targets
  • Experience leading account-based marketing and enterprise demand generation initiatives
  • Proven people management experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and operational skills to translate data into business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in SaaS, AI, enterprise software, or contact center technology is preferred
