Job description
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end campaign engine, including the campaign calendar, briefs, launch planning, and post-campaign retros
- Build multi-channel campaign architectures combining paid media, email, webinars, and content syndication
- Translate vertical ABM cluster models into repeatable campaign playbooks
- Manage paid media strategy and budget across social, search, and programmatic channels
- Manage agency relationships and hold them to performance SLAs
- Own demand generation's contribution to marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline
- Partner with RevOps and Sales on lead routing, SLAs, and funnel conversion
- Build and lead a demand generation team of campaign managers and paid media specialists
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B demand generation
- 3+ years at a Director level owning integrated campaign strategy
- Proven experience running vertical or segment-based ABM campaigns at scale
- Deep hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Google Ads, and programmatic media
- Strong command of marketing attribution and pipeline reporting (Salesforce, Bizible, Marketo, or HubSpot)
- Experience in infrastructure, storage, data platform, or AI/ML tooling
- Ability to present campaign performance and ROI to executive stakeholders
