Director Distribution Learning & Innovation

Responsibilities

• Execute and operationalize the enterprise Sales Learning Ecosystem
• Design and deploy engaging, field-ready learning solutions including AI-powered virtual role plays and microlearning
• Champion the use of AI and emerging learning technologies to accelerate skill development
• Facilitate engaging, performance-focused virtual instructor-led learning sessions
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of trainers and curriculum designers
• Connect learning and development initiatives to measurable productivity and business outcomes

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in learning strategy, sales, or performance consulting
• Expertise in adult learning principles and behavior-based learning
• Experience leading remote and digital learning transformation initiatives
• Strong virtual facilitation skills
• Ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed enterprise environment
• Property & Casualty and Life & Retirement licensure (Series 6, 63, 26) or willingness to obtain within one year

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within financial services or insurance industries
• Experience supporting distributed or independent sales organizations
• Budget ownership and vendor management experience
• Property & Casualty and Life & Retirement product expertise
