Job description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the founding member of the strategic enterprise sales function
  • Own and run strategic transformation programs at Forbes Global 2000 industrial enterprises
  • Partner with CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, and VPs of Engineering to drive AI-driven engineering transformation
  • Build the C-level engagement playbook and scale the team
  • Operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and commercial outcomes

Requirements

  • 5-10 years in strategy or implementation consulting
  • Demonstrated experience in industrial sectors such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, or energy
  • Track record of originating multi-million-dollar transformation projects with C-level stakeholders
  • Strong executive presence and consultative selling instincts
  • Fluency in English; German is a strong plus
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and to the US for key accounts
