Responsibilities
- Lead the Executive Talent Acquisition strategy and delivery for the CEMEA region, ensuring alignment with global frameworks.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior executives, providing market intelligence and talent insights for leadership decisions.
- Partner with Global TA Leadership to evaluate and adopt emerging AI capabilities to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
- Manage a complex portfolio of senior-level executive searches, including proactive market mapping and talent pipelining.
- Leverage advanced data analytics and reporting to assess performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
- Coach and upskill the Executive TA team on search excellence, automation, and data-driven delivery.
- Champion Visa’s employer brand within the CEMEA executive market to ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Executive Talent Acquisition or executive search within complex, multinational environments.
- Proven track record of delivering senior executive hires across CEMEA markets.
- Deep understanding of CEMEA talent markets, cultural nuances, and cross-border hiring considerations.
- Experience in financial services, payments, technology, or global matrixed organizations.
- Advanced reporting and data analytics skills using ATS, Excel, and Talent Insights tools.
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at both strategic and operational levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
