Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of the regional marketing strategy for the AMER/APAC remit while operating from Dubai, UAE (hybrid).
  • Own regional pipeline and marketing-sourced revenue targets; use data to optimize program ROI.
  • Act as the primary marketing partner to regional sales, partner, and customer success leadership.
  • Design and run multi-channel demand generation and scalable ABM programs targeting C-suite and VP-level enterprise accounts.
  • Manage regional P&L and budget allocation to maximize impact across priority markets.
  • Recruit, lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing regional field marketing team.
  • Build and execute partner marketing and MDF programs to recruit and activate partners.
  • Plan and deliver field and sponsored events (from small executive gatherings to large-scale conferences).
  • Implement customer advocacy programs to capture and amplify success stories by vertical and use case.
  • Collaborate with ADR/SDR organizations to ensure lead quality and conversion readiness.

  • Hands-on experience managing MDF and partner incentive programs
