Job description

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver Fleet channel throughput, revenue, and margin targets
  • Develop Fleet channel strategy including product, price, and promotions
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic relationships with rideshare platforms and fleet operators
  • Design and evaluate promotional and incentive campaigns to boost driver engagement
  • Serve as the primary business voice for Fleet in the product development process
  • Develop deep understanding of commercial charging customer usage patterns and constraints
  • Represent EVgo externally as a thought leader in fleet public charging

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
  • Or 8 years with a Master's degree
  • Or PhD with 5 years of experience
  • Proven experience managing a significant revenue line
  • Strong negotiation and partner management skills
  • Data-driven decision-making capability
  • Experience in gig economy, rideshare, or commercial fleet logistics preferred
