Director, Global Transparency

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Global Transparency software and managed services
• Ensure successful execution of customer reporting obligations and regulatory submissions
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and lead executive-level engagement
• Maintain expertise in global and state transparency regulations and industry trends
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase automation and reduce operational risk
• Partner with Product Management to prioritize enhancements for customer experience and compliance
• Lead, mentor, and develop Global Transparency Operations, Delivery, and Customer Success teams
• Develop operational KPIs and dashboards to measure quality and productivity
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Engineering, and Sales teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in life sciences transparency, commercial compliance, or SaaS operations
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing customer-facing operational teams
• Deep knowledge of U.S. Federal, State, and global transparency reporting requirements
• Experience supporting enterprise pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device organizations
• Experience working within a cloud-based SaaS environment
• Bachelor's degree required
