Responsibilities

  • Own the full product launch lifecycle from concept through post-launch analysis
  • Build comprehensive timelines and establish critical path milestones
  • Drive accountability across teams and maintain stakeholder alignment to deadlines
  • Coordinate inventory, packaging, and fulfillment requirements to ensure operational readiness
  • Lead strategic kickoff meetings and deliver structured updates to executive leadership
  • Iterate on standardized GTM playbooks and post-launch retros
  • Design scalable processes and optimize project management tools
  • Build AI-powered processes and reporting for launch program management

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years in project management or GTM/strategic operations
  • Experience within DTC, CPG, or eCommerce industries
  • Proficiency in project management platforms
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Experience building standardized launch templates and capacity planning
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions using post-launch metrics
