Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support health system engagement and adoption of blood-based cancer screening solutions
  • Create compelling narratives aligning clinical value with health system priorities like population health and preventive care
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Product teams to align go-to-market priorities
  • Develop high-impact presentations and engagement tools for healthcare executives and clinical leadership
  • Partner with Strategic Accounts to develop customized content and account-based marketing initiatives
  • Shape market positioning and ensure consistent brand presence across provider-facing channels
  • Synthesize market insights and competitive activity to inform engagement strategies
  • Manage external agency and vendor relationships and budgets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare administration, marketing, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, biotech, medical device, or health system marketing
  • Proven experience developing strategies for health systems or enterprise healthcare stakeholders
  • Ability to translate complex clinical and operational concepts into concise communications
  • Success working cross-functionally in highly matrixed environments
  • Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using market insights to guide decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in diagnostics, oncology, preventive health, or population health commercialization
  • Familiarity with value-based care initiatives and healthcare operations
  • Experience with account-based engagement and enterprise customer marketing
  • MBA, MPH, or advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare
