Director, HTA, Evidence, and Global Access

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of economic models and global value dossiers for HTA submissions
• Manage and direct market access and HEOR consultants
• Serve as project manager for global market access and HEOR activities, including tracking deliverables and managing contracts
• Support global HEOR research projects, including review of analyses and development of publications
• Support development and execution of evidence generation for payer needs in collaboration with medical affairs
• Manage external engagements with HTA agencies, payers, and key opinion leaders
• Communicate market access and HEOR strategy updates to cross-functional partners and senior leadership
• Develop and adapt value and access materials for priority global markets
• Monitor and communicate market access changes and opportunities in priority markets

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
• Expertise in health economics, outcomes research, market access, or real-world evidence
• Deep understanding of international healthcare systems, HTA processes, and reimbursement frameworks
• Strong understanding of scientific, clinical, and real-world evidence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level audiences
• Highly organized with strong project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in oncology, cell therapy, ATMPs, or rare diseases
• Advanced degree in HEOR (health economics, epidemiology, health services research) or a medical field
• Fluency in French or German
