Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Implement the sales strategy for OTC spot, derivatives, structured products, and financing portfolio with institutional clients.
  • Identify and qualify high-value leads based on strategic fit and revenue potential.
  • Drive end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Build trusted, long-term client relationships by delivering tailored investment and financing solutions.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction, resolve challenges, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Collaborate with trading, product, and technology teams to design bespoke derivatives and structured products solutions.
  • Identify and activate opportunities for cross-selling.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory developments, and blockchain innovations.
  • Develop risk-return models and provide actionable market insights.
  • Work closely with Corporate and Institutional Sales colleagues, structuring, compliance, legal, and engineering teams.
  • Represent Keyrock at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility in the region.

Requirements

  • 7+ years institutional sales (financial services)
  • 2+ years digital assets sales
  • Extensive OTC, derivatives, and blockchain knowledge
  • Proven individual contributor with client engagement
  • Strong institutional network (crypto & traditional finance)
  • Trading concepts and financial analysis tool familiarity
  • Bachelor's degree (finance, economics, engineering, related field)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degrees or certifications (CFA, FRM) are a plus
  • Experience tailoring and selling options strategies
  • Passionate about digital assets, DeFi, and tokenized economy
  • Strategic thinker able to synthesize complex information
