Job description

Responsibilities

  • Define, prioritize, and drive predictive marketing analytics and insights across the organization
  • Establish KPIs and a standard scorecard for marketing performance
  • Act as a central coordination point across marketing and other departments to improve communication
  • Drive data strategy and governance to ensure high-quality marketing data for segmentation and targeting
  • Oversee and track KPIs to ensure targets are met and on-budget delivery
  • Manage and oversee the Marketing Operations team, including MarTech and campaign execution support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field
  • 8-10 years in strategic project management, operations, or executive support
  • Experience with Marketo, including campaign management and CRM integration
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
  • Proven experience in change management and organizational transformation
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
