Director, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL)

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct consulting and capacity building for priority partners to support core MEL strategies
• Build local staff capacity and develop, deploy, and adapt core impact measurement tools
• Collaborate with internal experts on program design and measurement to support partner growth
• Design and lead learning experiences and communities of practice to advance MEL routines
• Contribute to global MERL team strategy, action reviews, and data diagnostic exercises
• Participate in professional development related to advanced monitoring, evaluation, and learning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5–10 years of experience, or Master's degree with 3–6 years of experience
• Degree in Public Policy, Business Administration, Public Affairs, International Development Policy, Data Science, or similar
• Proven consulting experience with non-profit organizations
• Hands-on experience designing or managing monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems
• Professional background in education, global development, or international NGO settings
• Full professional fluency in English with exceptional technical writing and interpersonal skills
• Strong capability in examining complex data structures and synthesizing trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in French and/or Arabic
• Prior experience as a Teach For All network partner fellow or staff member
