Director of AI Product & Solutions

Responsibilities

• Bootstrap, architect, and code AI solutions and core infrastructure
• Build initial POCs and ensure delivery of scalable AI frameworks
• Own product vision and drive roadmap execution for commercial success
• Set and achieve KPIs for go-to-market adoption and revenue
• Assemble and lead a cross-functional team of engineers and product specialists
• Partner with sales and marketing to create demos, ROI documentation, and case studies
• Evangelize AI innovation at industry events and customer briefings

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or engineering leadership within SaaS, AI, or platform environments
• Strong hands-on software engineering, data, and system design skills
• Deep practical expertise in coding AI, ML, or data products
• Proven track record of converting technology vision into revenue-generating products
• Exceptional communication skills for client briefings and public speaking
• Entrepreneurial "player/coach" mindset
