Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale a 10+ person analytics organization including analysts, researchers and data engineers.
  • Partner with product, compliance, marketing and executive teams to shape product and business strategy using data.
  • Drive end-to-end analytics: define success metrics, design experiments, run analyses and track impact.
  • Build a hypothesis-driven culture and structured insight generation across teams.
  • Ensure analytical infrastructure supports fast, reliable decision-making at scale.
  • Identify growth levers, risks and strategic opportunities across the product.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience hiring, mentoring and scaling analytics teams of 10+.
  • Hands-on experience with ClickHouse and modern BI/visualization tools.
  • Experience applying ML in production for fraud detection, compliance automation, or marketing.
  • Background working with or managing data engineering teams and infrastructure.
  • Track record of influencing product roadmaps and communicating insights to executives.
  • Experience in high-growth startups or rapidly scaling businesses.
