Director of Brand and Creative Services

Responsibilities

• Own the Rockbot brand identity and continuously evolve it to match company trajectory and product innovation
• Set and uphold a creative benchmark across all brand expressions
• Lead the creation of visually compelling, story-driven campaigns for web, product launches, video, and digital
• Contribute hands-on design, direction, and refinement to key deliverables
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Executive teams to align creative direction with business strategy
• Mentor and elevate internal creative talent while establishing scalable processes
• Manage agency partners and freelancers to ensure excellence and consistency

Requirements

• 7–12+ years of creative experience with top-tier agency training
• Deep expertise in the tech industry, preferably within SaaS-based businesses
• A portfolio showcasing world-class visual storytelling and integrated campaign work
• Hands-on mastery of design craft and strong conceptual instincts
• Expertise with core creative tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Proven ability to build and scale brand systems in fast-growth environments
