Director of Brand & Marketing – Algebra AI (MENA)

Responsibilities

• Define and codify Algebra AI brand architecture, including sub-brands and service lines.
• Develop positioning, tone of voice, and scalable visual identity frameworks for MENA markets.
• Lead content, messaging and storytelling across digital, marketing and communications channels.
• Build and execute integrated marketing strategy: awareness, lead generation, PR and GTM campaigns.
• Measure and optimize marketing performance for ROI, conversion and retention.
• Build and lead a small internal team and coordinate external agencies and vendors.
• Own client relationships for design and creative services from pitch to delivery.
• Translate global creative systems into localized client value and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Partner with founders and functional leads on commercial strategy, launches and partnerships.
• Represent Algebra AI externally in press, events and thought leadership.
