Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and codify Algebra AI brand architecture, including sub-brands and service lines.
  • Develop positioning, tone of voice, and scalable visual identity frameworks for MENA markets.
  • Lead content, messaging and storytelling across digital, marketing and communications channels.
  • Build and execute integrated marketing strategy: awareness, lead generation, PR and GTM campaigns.
  • Measure and optimize marketing performance for ROI, conversion and retention.
  • Build and lead a small internal team and coordinate external agencies and vendors.
  • Own client relationships for design and creative services from pitch to delivery.
  • Translate global creative systems into localized client value and identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Partner with founders and functional leads on commercial strategy, launches and partnerships.
  • Represent Algebra AI externally in press, events and thought leadership.

  • Arabic language skills (advantage)

Algebra AI builds and scales AI-driven businesses in essential service sectors, localizing proven models and launching new ventures tailored to regional opportunities. The role is based in Dubai and will shape the brand and commercial presence of Algebra AI across the MENA region.
