About the Company

Flourish helps financial advisors evolve from holistic advice to holistic implementation. We focus on independent Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), delivering financial products through scalable and easy-to-use technology. Flourish is an independently-operating, wholly-owned subsidiary of MassMutual Life Insurance Company.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage client relationships from end-to-end, from sourcing to client activation and adoption
  • Interact with key clients to understand and resolve complex platform issues
  • Partner with the relationship management team to develop coverage strategies
  • Identify and originate new business opportunities through independent efforts or marketing partnerships
  • Manage the sales pipeline and relationships using CRM
  • Collaborate on the development of product and functional strategy
  • Travel for sales pitches and conferences (less than 50% travel)
  • Stay current on financial industry and wealth management trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of related sales experience
  • Background in financial sales required
  • Experience working with Registered Investment Advisors
  • Series 7 license or willingness to obtain within 60 days
  • Ability to pass a FINRA fingerprint background check
  • Based in the western half of the US (TX, CO, AZ, or CA)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial technology
  • Experience selling to wealth managers or working at a wealth management firm
  • Experience working in fast-moving teams with minimal guidance
  • High level of comfort with technology
