Job description
Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP, Commercial Sales–Prenatal to set strategy, annual plans, and the operating cadence
- Lead territory design and quarterly rebalancing for a 250-person field team
- Own incentive compensation design and quarterly quota setting
- Direct sales analytics, dashboards, and reporting in collaboration with the commercial data science team
- Synthesize recommendations from field performance, deal outcomes, and competitive signals
- Utilize AI as a force multiplier for analytical output
- Program-manage high-priority cross-functional initiatives like health system adoption and EMR integration
Requirements
- 10+ years in sales strategy, commercial operations, revenue operations, or management consulting
- Proven track record in territory design, quota setting, and variable compensation planning
- High analytical rigor with proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and AI-driven data analysis
- Experience leading high-performing analytical teams
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience in molecular diagnostics, NGS, liquid biopsy, prenatal, or oncology
- Experience deploying AI tools (LLMs, agents) within commercial functions
- Experience working at a publicly traded company
