Job description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP, Commercial Sales–Prenatal to set strategy, annual plans, and the operating cadence
  • Lead territory design and quarterly rebalancing for a 250-person field team
  • Own incentive compensation design and quarterly quota setting
  • Direct sales analytics, dashboards, and reporting in collaboration with the commercial data science team
  • Synthesize recommendations from field performance, deal outcomes, and competitive signals
  • Utilize AI as a force multiplier for analytical output
  • Program-manage high-priority cross-functional initiatives like health system adoption and EMR integration

Requirements

  • 10+ years in sales strategy, commercial operations, revenue operations, or management consulting
  • Proven track record in territory design, quota setting, and variable compensation planning
  • High analytical rigor with proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and AI-driven data analysis
  • Experience leading high-performing analytical teams
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience in molecular diagnostics, NGS, liquid biopsy, prenatal, or oncology
  • Experience deploying AI tools (LLMs, agents) within commercial functions
  • Experience working at a publicly traded company
