Job description
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end pricing and scoping support for large enterprise deals, ensuring commercial accuracy and alignment with service offerings.
- Manage and develop a team of Deal Desk Associates, setting priorities, quality standards, and turnaround expectations.
- Champion the use of AI tools to automate scope generation, pricing lookups, and workflow improvements.
- Partner with Account Executives and the Solutions team to translate customer requirements into commercially viable proposals.
- Drive continuous improvement across Deal Desk workflows, tooling, and documentation to ensure scalability.
- Maintain pricing governance frameworks and provide reporting on pricing patterns, deal velocity, and win/loss trends.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Deal Desk, sales operations, or a pricing/scoping role within professional services or creative environments.
- Proven track record of managing or leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure competitive and margin-sound deals.
- Data-driven analytical skills to track performance and identify commercial patterns.
- Fluency with and genuine curiosity about AI tools for workflow automation and proposal generation.
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills for engaging with internal stakeholders and customers.
