Responsibilities

  • Build and scale pipeline generation programs across paid search, paid social, webinars, nurture, field, partner, and ABM motions
  • Drive Community-to-commercial conversion programs to convert Community users into qualified opportunities
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, CS, and Product Marketing to build campaigns tied to revenue outcomes
  • Develop and execute ABM and target account plays across strategic enterprise accounts
  • Use AI-assisted workflows to improve campaign execution, segmentation, and personalization
  • Own paid media performance across Google, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
  • Analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, and attribution to optimize investments
  • Scale SEO and AEO programs to improve discoverability and inbound demand

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
  • Experience in enterprise software, infrastructure, DevOps, data, security, or developer tooling
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Experience converting open source projects to commercial models
  • Experience building and executing ABM programs
  • Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, SEO, AEO, and conversion optimization
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a lean environment
  • Proficiency using AI tools to accelerate campaign execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot, Claude, Outreach, Webflow, or Google Analytics
  • Experience marketing to developer or platform engineering audiences
  • Experience in Database DevOps, DataOps, or AI infrastructure markets
  • Experience in high-growth or category-creation environments
