About the Company

Qohash is building the zero copy data security control layer enterprises need to adopt AI safely. Our platform, Qostodian, helps large organizations discover, classify, govern, and remediate sensitive unstructured data across their most critical data sources without moving or copying the data.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a named-account event engine to produce ICP-qualified pipeline
  • Design and execute ABM strategies targeting priority accounts across the full buying committee
  • Own demand capture via website conversion optimization, SEO strategy, and AI-powered search visibility
  • Manage multi-channel paid acquisition strategies across LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Maintain live performance dashboards tracking MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, pipeline, win rate, and CAC
  • Partner with Sales to align on ICP, pipeline coverage targets, and feedback loops across North America, Europe, and MENA

Requirements

  • 8+ years of demand generation experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of building pipeline in Canada and the US
  • Experience in Seed to Series C scale-up environments
  • Proven experience building ABM programs and multi-channel paid acquisition strategies
  • Fluency in marketing analytics including pipeline attribution and CAC
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM/MAP platforms
  • Experience owning website and SEO as demand capture channels
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise security markets
  • Experience marketing to security, IT, or data governance personas
  • Bilingualism in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Residency in Quebec or Ontario
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity
